Privacy Policy — DCWebhook Pro

Information Collection and Use

DC Enhancements built DCWebhook Pro as a mobile application. This service is provided by DC Enhancements and is intended for use as is.

The app may process technical or account-related data required to deliver its features, keep the service secure, and resolve support issues. We limit collection to the minimum necessary for the feature you actively use.

• Account, authentication, available profile, webhook/content/settings, schedule, quota, entitlement, moderation and technical request data can be processed by Firebase services when the related feature is used.
• Uploaded/generated images and related URLs/metadata can be stored in Firebase Storage.
• Discord OAuth tokens are held locally with encrypted storage; Discord profile data may be cached locally. Sending transfers the selected destination webhook and content to Discord or the configured destination.
• AI operations can process prompts, selected context, generated output, image requests, feedback and technical account/request association through Firebase Functions and the configured AI integration, including direct Pollinations use present in the client.
• Purchase/entitlement and Play Integrity verification can process transaction/order state where available, verification timestamps, integrity tokens and nonces.

Permissions

The app may request the following Android permissions to provide its features:

• android.permission.INTERNET — connect to online services that provide core app functionality
• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS — deliver playback, status, or product notifications
• android.permission.VIBRATE — support a user-facing feature that depends on this Android permission
• android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — support a user-facing feature that depends on this Android permission
• android.permission.WAKE_LOCK — keep playback, downloads, or sync operations stable while the device is active
• android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE — keep long-running playback or sync tasks active while the app is in use
• android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE — support a user-facing feature that depends on this Android permission

Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party services or SDK categories:

• Google Play Billing — This service may process technical request metadata necessary to provide its feature.
• Google Mobile Ads — This service may process technical request metadata necessary to provide its feature.
• Firebase Crashlytics — This service may process technical request metadata necessary to provide its feature.
• Retrofit / HTTP APIs — This service may process technical request metadata necessary to provide its feature.

Ads and In-App Purchases

The app may offer in-app purchases. Payment processing is handled by Google Play or another configured payment provider rather than by us directly.

Data Retention

Local encrypted OAuth material and local settings remain until you disconnect the account, remove app data or use an available in-app control. Cloud records, images, AI requests, purchase/entitlement records and security/administrative records are retained only as needed for the active feature, legal obligations, abuse prevention and the provider's backup lifecycle. Local backend source describes cleanup targets of 24 hours for open image jobs and 30 days for unused AI histories, but live deployment and scheduler operation must be verified before treating those periods as a guarantee.

Children's Privacy

DCWebhook Pro is a technical messaging and content-creation utility and is not directed to children under 13.

Scope and Advertising

This policy applies only to DCWebhook Pro for Android package com.dce.webhook. The Pro edition does not show Google Mobile Ads and does not declare a Google Advertising ID. It is separate from DCWebhook Legacy/Free, which have different packages, editions and data flows.

Account, Cloud and Media Library

Firebase Authentication can process account and authentication information, including available email/profile information. Firestore can store private webhook data, content, settings, schedules, usage/quota, AI history, profile/role/entitlement and moderation data. Firebase Storage can store images you upload or generate and their URLs/metadata. Cloud Functions and Remote Config can process technical requests, feature/configuration lookups and server-side actions.

Discord Integration and Sending

If you connect Discord, OAuth access/refresh tokens are stored locally using encrypted storage and Discord profile information may be cached locally. When you send a webhook or upload to a configured Discord/CDN destination, the destination webhook and selected content are sent to that recipient. The connection and sending occur only when you use those features.

AI Features

AI features can process a prompt, relevant selected webhook context, generated text, image prompt/image request, feedback and technical account/request association. The app uses Firebase Functions and contains a direct Pollinations integration. Server-side AI providers must be treated as configuration-dependent; do not submit sensitive content unless you are authorized to share it with the selected AI recipient.

Purchases and Integrity

Google Play handles payment details. The app and its verification service can process purchase/entitlement state, order or transaction identifiers where available, refund status and verification timestamps. Google Play Integrity tokens and nonces may be sent to the verification service for fraud and abuse prevention, not for advertising.

Requests, Retention and Administration

Private webhooks are distinct from any feature you deliberately make public or share. Authorized administrators may access necessary data for moderation, support, security investigations and legal obligations. Contact dev@dcenhancements.com for access, export, correction or deletion requests.
