Privacy Policy — DCWebhook Legacy

Information Collection and Use

DC Enhancements built DCWebhook as a mobile application. This service is provided by DC Enhancements and is intended for use as is.

The app may process technical or account-related data required to deliver its features, keep the service secure, and resolve support issues. We limit collection to the minimum necessary for the feature you actively use.

• Local webhook configurations can include names, message content, metadata, settings, import/export data and webhook URLs, which function as credentials.
• Account/cloud functions can process Firebase UID, available profile information, account/login timestamps, preferences, counters and account/role/moderation status.
• A user-triggered webhook send transfers the selected destination webhook, message/embeds and attachments to Discord. Optional image upload transfers the selected image to Discord, Imgur, Postimages or a custom CDN chosen by the user.
• Google Mobile Ads may process Advertising ID where available, IP/network data, device/app information and ad-interaction data.
• Google Play Billing can process purchase/entitlement status for the feature you use; payment-card information is handled by Google Play.

Permissions

The app may request the following Android permissions to provide its features:

• android.permission.INTERNET — connect to online services that provide core app functionality
• android.permission.VIBRATE — support a user-facing feature that depends on this Android permission
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — detect whether a network connection is available before contacting remote services
• android.permission.SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM — support a user-facing feature that depends on this Android permission
• android.permission.USE_EXACT_ALARM — support a user-facing feature that depends on this Android permission
• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS — deliver playback, status, or product notifications
• android.permission.WAKE_LOCK — keep playback, downloads, or sync operations stable while the device is active

Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party services or SDK categories:

• Google Play Billing — Handles Play purchase flows; DC Enhancements does not receive payment-card details.
• Google Mobile Ads — Provides ads in the Legacy edition and may process advertising and device data under Google's policies.
• Firebase Crashlytics — This service may process technical request metadata necessary to provide its feature.
• Retrofit / HTTP APIs — This service may process technical request metadata necessary to provide its feature.

Ads and In-App Purchases

The app may display ads and may offer in-app purchases. Payment transactions are handled by the Google Play billing infrastructure or other configured storefront services.

Data Retention

Webhook configurations and drafts remain on your device until you delete them or remove app data. Account, cloud, purchase, advertising, support and security records are retained only as required for the active service, abuse prevention, legal obligations or the provider's backup lifecycle. Contact us for a cloud-account or privacy request.

Children's Privacy

DCWebhook Legacy is a technical messaging utility and is not directed to children under 13.

Scope: DCWebhook Legacy

This policy applies to DCWebhook Legacy for Android package com.dcenhancements.webh. It does not apply to DCWebhook Pro (com.dce.webhook). If another separately released code line uses the same package, confirm its edition and version before relying on this policy.

Local Webhook Data and Account Information

The app can store webhook names, configuration, message content, settings, import/export data and webhook URLs locally. A webhook URL is a functional credential and is processed to perform the send action you request. When you use account or cloud functions, Firebase can process a UID, available email/display name/profile image, account and login timestamps, preferences, counters and account/role/moderation status.

Sending, Attachments and Image Providers

When you send a webhook, the selected message content, embeds, attachments and destination webhook are sent to Discord. Optional image upload can send the image and needed request metadata to the provider you choose: Discord, Imgur, Postimages or a custom CDN endpoint. Those recipients process data under their own policies.

Advertising, Purchases and Device Features

The Legacy edition uses Google Mobile Ads. Google may process online identifiers including Advertising ID where available, IP/network data, device/app information and ad-interaction data for ad delivery and measurement. Google Play handles payment details; the app can process purchase or entitlement status for access checks but does not receive payment-card details. Notifications, exact alarms and wake locks support the status or scheduled-function behavior you enable.

Security, Retention and Requests

Do not assume every destination or user-configured CDN transfer is encrypted; the app may use the network settings required by the destination. Remove local data in the app or Android settings. Signing out or deleting local data does not itself prove deletion of server records or backups. Contact dev@dcenhancements.com for access, correction, export or deletion requests.
