Information Collection and Use

DC Enhancements built DCBots as a mobile application. This service is provided by DC Enhancements and is intended for use as is.

The app may process technical or account-related data required to deliver its features, keep the service secure, and resolve support issues. We limit collection to the minimum necessary for the feature you actively use.

Crash diagnostics or analytics tooling may receive technical telemetry such as device model, OS version, crash traces, and anonymous usage events to improve stability.

• Google/Firebase sign-in and the DCE control-plane service can process account identifiers, available basic profile data, authentication/session data and technical request/error data.
• Requested deployments can transfer bot configuration, source code, files/archives, paths, optional environment variables, bot icons, bot tokens or replacement tokens, logs and status/analysis data.
• Bot operations can involve Discord-related status, presence, guild or log responses required by the operation you request.
• Purchase verification can process Play product, purchase-token and order identifiers where available, plus entitlement/verification status.
• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics SDKs are included to support product diagnostics; any runtime collection is governed by their active configuration and provider terms.

Permissions

The app may request the following Android permissions to provide its features:

• android.permission.INTERNET — connect to online services that provide core app functionality

Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party services or SDK categories:

• Google Play Billing — Handles Play purchase flows; we do not receive payment-card details.
• Firebase Analytics — This service may process technical request metadata necessary to provide its feature.
• Firebase Crashlytics — This service may process technical request metadata necessary to provide its feature.
• Retrofit / HTTP APIs — This service may process technical request metadata necessary to provide its feature.

Ads and In-App Purchases

The app may offer in-app purchases. Payment processing is handled by Google Play or another configured payment provider rather than by us directly.

Data Retention

Local drafts remain on the device until you delete them or remove app data. Account, deployment, purchase, diagnostic and service records are retained only as needed to operate the requested service, protect against abuse, resolve support issues, meet legal obligations or complete the provider's backup lifecycle. Children's Privacy

DC Bots is a technical bot-management and deployment tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Account and Control-Plane Access

Google/Firebase sign-in can process your account identifier and available basic profile information. The app sends Firebase authentication tokens and technical request/error data to the DCE control-plane service to authenticate requested bot-management actions.

Deployment Content and Credentials

When you request deployment, the app can transfer bot names, configuration, source code, files or ZIP archives, paths, optional environment variables, icons, logs, status/analysis data and a bot token or replacement token to the DCE control-plane service. Local editor drafts are stored in app-private storage. Bot tokens and environment variables are sensitive credentials: upload only data you are authorized to use and avoid unnecessary secrets.

Discord and Bot Operations

Bot-management actions can cause the service to process Discord-related bot status, presence, guild or log responses and can fetch Discord-hosted icons. The exact server-side retention and access rules for Discord-related data are operational matters; do not submit data you are not authorized to manage.

Purchases, Controls and Deletion

Google Play processes payment details. For purchase verification, the app can send a product identifier, purchase token and order identifier where available to Firebase Functions; DC Enhancements does not receive payment-card details. Signing out ends the local Firebase session. Deleting a bot requests removal of that bot's service resources, but does not by itself establish deletion of a Firebase account, purchase records, support logs or backups; contact us for those requests.
